20. Drink 64oz. of water a day.
Ok. I really don't think my body can handle 64oz. of H20. I really don't. And how many times can a person go the bathroom in an hour! Ugh! All I have been able to consume is 32oz. Which I guess is ok, but I really want to get those 64oz. that every health provider says we need. Think I might need to change it to 32oz. and call it day. Or maybe give a week or 2 and see what happens.

I dont think anyone can really consume 64oz each and every day. I think 32oz are good. Some days you probably drink more. Some days less. I try to drink alot of water early in the morning and late @ night.
Thanks Don...I do believe I will bring it down to 32oz. The early morning thing might work but if I did that at night........... I would never get any sleep!
