TMI Tuesday

1. What is your definition of romantic?
Being romantic means listening and recognizing what makes your partner happy, fullfilled and feeling the love you possess. Doing the little things that puts that smile on their face that says "you make me feel so special & I loving you for you".

2. Would you consider yourself to be romantic?
I do. Ask any of the ex's. I always want the person to know their importance in my life.

3. Is your significant other romantic?
Sorry...don't have one...taking applications though! But the last one that mattered was romantic. Notes on cars, on the table telling me how much our love meant.

4. Have you ever chastised a SO for not being romantic enough or too romantic?
No. If it is not in you don't try to force. Be you.

5. What do you consider a grand romantic gesture? Have you ever been the recipient or giver of one?
I am not sure what a grand romantic gesture is. It is different for each person. But you always know by the feeling in your heart and the smile on your face.

6. If you have done something romantic to get laid, did it work? If not, why and how did that affect your romantic tendencies in the past.
Nope...don't have to do that for sex. If I want it I get it! LOL

7. What is the most romantic thing you have ever done? Had done for you?
I made a book of my writings in my journal about my boyfriend so he could see how I was feeling during our time together. Added pictures of special times. I wanted him to know his importance in my life. As for what was done for me...he was always romantic. Too many to name. I always felt special. From cooking breakfast on our off days, trips, picking me up from the airport although he hadn't slept, cuddling with me even though he was sweating buckets...

More Writings...

I was going through my creative writing folder... I sometimes hide it from myself when I doubt my ability to write. This next poem came about when I was truly in love. I mean love! I dated I guy who I will call Dimples for seven years. I met him in 95 (he says 94 but I know better) and we began a great lover affair. Unfortunately it did not last the forever we hoped for but I never regret it. It raised my standards and taught me how to love. This poem is from a high time in the love affair. For my Dimples...

As I watch you walk
I see my future
As I listen to you voice
I hear my lover
As I kiss your lips
I feel your soul
As I stroke your body
I feel the vibrations of life

I feel my life
I feel my soul
I feel my future
All with you

Only with you have I truly felt
Only with you have I experienced
Only with you have I lived
Only with you have I had heaven on Earth

You are my world
My everything
With you love and life are one
With you love lives
